MOST IMPORTANT TERMS AND CONDITIONS

1. 1. Check-Out Time
      The Guest agrees to vacate the assigned room no later than 11:00 AM on the date of departure. In the event of failure to check out within the stipulated time, the Guest hereby authorizes Hotel HPB Grand to levy and collect applicable charges in accordance with the Hotel’s prevailing policies.

   2. Liability for Loss or Damage
      In the event of any loss of or damage to the property or assets of Hotel HPB Grand caused by the Guest, the Guest shall be solely liable for such loss or damage and shall compensate the Hotel accordingly, either prior to or at the time of check-out.

   3. Right of Admission
      The Hotel reserves the absolute right of admission. Accommodation may be denied to individuals representing themselves as a couple if valid and acceptable proof of identity is not produced at the time of check-in.

   4. Responsibility for Personal Belongings
      The Guest shall be solely responsible for the safety and security of his/her personal belongings during the period of stay. The Guest agrees that, in the event of loss, theft, or damage to any personal belongings, no claim whatsoever shall be made against the Hotel, its management, employees, or agents, whether directly or through any court of law. As personal belongings have not been declared to the Hotel at the time of check-in, the Guest shall have no entitlement to compensation under any circumstances.

   5. Local Residents
      The Hotel reserves the right to deny accommodation to local residents. Guests residing within the same city limits shall not be permitted to stay at the Hotel.

   6. Visitors
      For the safety and security of Guests, visitors are strictly prohibited from entering guest rooms.

   7. Room Service and Food Orders
      Room service and food orders shall be accepted only until 11:00 PM (23:00 hours).

   8. Safe Deposit Locker
      A safe deposit locker is provided in the room for the convenience of the Guest; however, the Hotel shall not be responsible or liable for the loss of valuables or personal belongings kept in the room or in the locker.

   9. No Smoking
      Smoking within the Hotel premises is strictly prohibited.

   10. Arms and Ammunition
       The possession, carrying, or use of any arms, ammunition, or weapons of any kind within the Hotel premises is strictly prohibited.

   11. Pets
       Pets are not permitted within the premises of Hotel HPB Grand.

   12. Food and Beverages from Outside
       Consumption of food and beverages from outside sources is not permitted within the Hotel premises due to hygiene and safety considerations.

   13. Disputes and Jurisdiction
       All disputes arising out of or in connection with the stay at the Hotel shall be subject exclusively to the jurisdiction of the courts at Varanasi.
